Peachy Keen

Peach Crunch Cake
recipe adapted from Bakerella

  • 29 oz. can peaches
  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix (you could use yellow)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour peaches and syrup in a 13 x 9 dish.

Sprinkle cake mix right on top.

Cut stick of butter in 16 pieces and arrange on top of the cake mix.

Sprinkle brown sugar on top next, and then nuts.

Bake for about 40 minutes.

Serve warm or cold … with or without ice cream. (we ate ours with cinnamon whipped cream)
