Super Bowl XLIV

We had ourselves a Super Bowl party!
Ty decided to make some wingers style hot wings for the occasion. I was a little nervous, because Ty doesn't make his own toast. He spent a lot of time planning his recipe, and the finished product was amazing! I was so impressed! He's like an Iron Chef!
He started with raw chicken wings and marinated them. He coated the marinated wings in some seasoned flour and fried them all up.

They came out a perfectly lovely golden brown.
Pre-Sauce photo shoot.
Ty mixed together some secret sauce and....
Voila!
A Platter of sticky spicy-sweet deliciousness. Go Ty!
Time for the big game!
It was the Indianapolis Colts vs. the New Orleans Saints. We had some friends over to watch with us. The game was great and the commercials were hilarious. The Saints came out on top! I always feel sad for the losing team - Poor Colts!
A little more of the spread...
Fudgy raspberry brownies.
Apple slices with caramel dipping sauce.

And Lisa brought this Ginormous football shaped cheeseball. It was amazing and by the end of the night it was almost completely gone!
Can't wait for next year!
